Resveratrol on CBS News ... As we learned on the 20/20 Evening News, the Resveratrol product which will be available pharmaceutically in a pill form in about five years has now been shown to interrupt and delay the aging process. Plus indications are that it might be used in treating diseases which include cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc. Research has proved that it would delay the effects of aging but the fact that it would be used in treatment of disease was an unexpected development. Resveratrol goes beyond cellular anti-aging.
